MANAGERIAL RELEVANT DECISIONS’ PROBLEM TO BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT CHANGES

Summary 

The first and the most important milestone of making a decision is to realize the necessity of making a decision. This kind of necessity is provided by changes in business environment, which can make as opportunities as some kind of risks. Therefore, in order to make a successful decision it is better to analyze all possible alternative of achieving the aim of business, identify these alternatives to company`s opportunities and desired state, form activities which will avoid some dangers. According to these activities, there should be made consecutive and complete curriculum in order to achieve the goal. Otherwise, create a plan, which will completely represent company`s reaction to domestic and external problems.

It should be mentioned, that these kind of problems in management increase by the time. Therefore, increasing intensity of making decision encloses with modern management. It conditioned by, that the organisations’ forced to provide for fast changes ideal adaptation,

The problem is that   the process of management, there is always resistance of aims and situations, right decision define the necessity of changing fast course of management. Between these facts there are some important point: global competition, rapid renewed technology, produce combined products and increased marketing orientation.

According to this, to get right decision, it is important that its objective structure get (aim, situation, possibility, problem, alternative, risk and other conscious fact) adequately, in which it is very important knowledge of the manager’s, skills, habits, experience, his personal qualities and professional feature.

Wherefore, that how important it is to have skills to make successful decision in modern management, we interviewed small and medium enterprise`s owners about their businesses` current work and future perspectives in Kutaisi and Imereti Region. We interviewed more than 300 responders. According to the research we can conclude that the problem of developing national business is - “Lack of Management”. We face to the problem of disability to make spontaneous decisions toward the business environment.

Although, it should be mentioned that this research shows reliable perspective. In particular, it is clear that the money invested by younger respondents are more profitable, therefore hindering factor, lack of financial resources, will be decreased.  It lets us say that young generation is more risk-taking and they realize necessity of experience in order to be successful.
